The month of April is marked by the beginning of Spring. For us, scuba divers and snorkelers, April in Roatan means warm water, endless visibility and fantastic weather. This month has been full of surprising sightings and ended on a perfect note, a close encounter with playful wild dolphins.
Everyday millions of pictures are uploaded on Facebook or Instagram. Photography is becoming one of the most popular hobbies nowadays. Everybody wants to share their photos with friends and family. Many people want to archive their memories and experience or just want to let their creative and artistic side free to express itself.
Another unique night diving in the middle of the largest animal migration on Earth: the Diel Vertical Migration! The conditions were just perfect. We are all looking forward to many more Blackwater Dives like this one!
Thanks to Courtney Blankenship, Mickey Charteris and Kal Lin for sharing their beautiful pictures.
As an underwater photographer, every time you dive, you hope you will see something new that you can take picture of, a new specie of fish or invertebrate, a colorful nudibranch, a type of Coral you never seen before or even a close encounter with a marine mammal! Well, we have to say that the Ocean and Mother Nature have been really generous with us during this past month and sharing those incredible dives with many friends was the icing on the cake.
